Wrist supination with overpressure

Start in a seated position, resting your affected forearm on a table.
Place your other hand around your wrist.
Try to turn your palm face up, using your other hand to assist the movement.
Oscillate the movement and take care not to lean your body forwards.
The movement must come from your forearm only.
