Wrist pronation/supination (spinning wand)

Stand upright and bend your elbow to 90 degrees.
Take a long stick or broom and hold it in the middle.
Turn your hand and wrist to rotate the stick, firstly one way, and then the other.
Aim to keep you elbow close to your side and avoid moving your shoulder or body during the exercise.
