Wrist Flexors Stretch with the Forearm in Neutral

Start by standing next to a wall or a cupboard corner. Your arm is by your side, the elbow at a right angle. Your forearm is supported against the wall with the wrist over the edge. Keep the fingers and thumb relaxed.

Straighten the wrist over the corner and assist the stretch with your other hand pressing through the palm of the hand.
