Wrist Flexors Strength with Forearm in Neutral (Resistance band)
Start by sitting at the table, forearm and side of your hand supported on the table. Hold a loop or a handle of an exercise band, that is attached to the same level as the table. Keep your forearm in place and side of your hand on the surface.
Bend the wrist against the resistance from the exercise band. Return to the starting position.
