Wrist Extensors Strength with Forearm in Neutral (Therabar)

Start by standing, with your arms by your sides and elbows at a right angle. Hold a Flexbar with both hands.

Straighten your wrists and twist the Flexbar outwards with both hands. Return to the starting position.

Note. The resistance increases when you bring your hands closer together.
