Whole body rotation with medicine ball

Stand with feet hip-width apart with your weight in the middle of your feet and your torso in a neutral position. Hold a medicine ball in your hands.
Bend down to the side with your weight on the foot of the same side with a medicine ball in your hands.
Squeeze with the foot of the same side and make a circling motion diagonally up to the other side so that your weight shifts to the other side.
