Weighted pull - "Power sled pull"
Attach a rope to a box and add more weight on top, if needed.
Stand facing the box at some distance away holding the rope in your hands with your elbows slightly bent.
When ready, keep your feet in place and pull the box along the floor towards you.
To make this exercise more challenging you can increase the distance, the speed, or the weight of the pull.
Required equipment: Box (plyometric), Kettlebell, Weights, free
