Weighted BOSU Squat

Take care to step onto the middle of the ball, with knees slightly bent
Standing on balls with a light barbell on your shoulders. Feet with even pressure. Chest upright, Pull in your navel somewhat.
Lower down-Bend Knees into a squat position, pressing hips backward, stable back and good knee control (knees over feet), return to starting position.
