Stand on one leg holding a weight in each hand.
Keeping a straight line from your head to your other foot lean forwards, counterbalancing with your other leg out to the back.
The aim is to have your back and elevated foot horizontal and your arms hanging down to the floor.
Holding this position, squeeze your shoulder blades together and bend your elbows bringing them out to the side.
Control the movement as you lower the arms back down and return to the starting upright position.
