Wall Push Up with Ball
Stand facing a wall and place a ball at chest height between the wall and your hands. Hold the sides of the ball, elbows slightly bent. Lengthen your body through your heels to the top of your head.
Bend your elbows while pressing the ball and lower your chest towards the ball. Then extend your elbows and push your body back to vertical.
Required equipment: Stability Ball, Wall, Ball - large
