Wall press up on a stability ball

Stand up straight holding a stability ball against a wall at shoulder height.
Place your hands on the ball with your elbows straight.
Lean on to the ball.
Bend your elbows and move towards the ball.
Slowly push back up to the start position.
Move your feet further away to make the exercise harder.
