Walking and Pelvic Floor Contraction (Female Model)

You can train your pelvic floor muscles when walking.

When taking a step, practice tightening your pelvic floor muscles as if to try to stop passing urine or passing wind whilst stepping. Contract quickly and then relax afterwards.

Continue to walk for a few steps before trying this technique again. Repeat for the prescribed amount of reps or until you feel your pelvic floor has fatigued.
