Walk with Head Nods (Vertical head movement)

As you walk tip your head up and down. Do this at a comfortable speed and as far as you can without causing pain. Try to walk normally, don't slow down or increase the width of your stance. Land on your heel and roll forward through your toe, don't walk with a flat foot gait. Your goal is to walk in a straight line, without stepping out to the side to catch your balance.
