ViPR weight shift

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding the ViPR in a curl position level with your shoulders.
Extend out one arm to the side bring the cylinder across the front of your body until your arm is locked out.
Return back the central position and then repeat the arm extension out to the other side.
Keep your back straight and gaze forward.
