Stand facing a stable surface with your feet shoulder-width apart
Place your hands on the surface with your fingers bent into relaxed fists.
Keeping your fists on the surface, gently rock your body from side to side as many times as advised.
Then place one foot behind the other as if you are taking a step.
Keeping your fists on the surface, gently rock your body forwards and backward as many times as advised.
