Unsupported single leg standing with vestibular-ocular stabilisation (rotation)

Stand and hold onto a chair for balance.
Lift one leg and once you find your balance let go of the support.
Ensure you keep your posture up tall, and you do not rest your elevated leg on the stance leg.
Keeping your eyes focused on an object within your eye line, turn your head from side to side.
Your eyes should not move from this object.
As you feel more confident, increase the speed your head turns at.
