Ulnar nerve glide in side lying

Lie on your affected side resting on the point of your elbow
Bend your elbow.
Your fingers should point in towards your head.
Rest your head onto your fingers, stretching your wrist and fingers back.
Ensure you do not over stretch your nerve.
Lift your head back up to relax the stretch, and then repeat.
