Ulnar Nerve, Upper Arm Slider

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder externally rotated, your elbow flexed and palm facing down (pronated) with wrist extended and deviated towards the thumb (radial deviation).

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from shoulder abduction and elbow extension to shoulder adduction and elbow flexion. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.
