Ulnar and Radial Nerve Glide

Place your arm and hand in the first position (ear to palm with a slight rotation of the head towards that side) then move the hand down by your side bending the wrist back and curling the hand behind you slightly while moving your head back to a neutral rotation. Repeat this for the prescribed sets and reps.
