Turning your head to the left and right

Sit up straight and pull your chin slightly inward.
Do not stick your chin out, as this is bad for your neck.
Turn your head slowly to the left, as far as you can go.
Hold for three seconds.
Turn your head back.
Turn your head slowly to the right, as far as you can go.
Hold for three seconds.
Turn your head back to a neutral position.
