TRX bicep curl

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Grasp the handles in each hand and lean back, maintaining a straight line from your head to your feet.
Turn the palms of your hands up towards the ceiling and keep your upper arms directly out in front of you throughout the movement.
Pivoting off your heels, pull your body upwards by bending your elbows and moving your hands towards the sides of your head.
Once your elbows are at 90 degrees, control the movement as you lower yourself back down to the starting position.
