TRX "Face pull"

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Grasp the handles in each hand.
Hold your arms out straight in front of you, palms facing down, and lean backwards, pivoting off your heels.
Keeping your body in a straight line, draw your shoulder blades together and elbows out to your sides.
Rotate your hands up towards your face.
Your body will be pulled back towards the upright position.
Control the movement as you return to the starting position and repeat.
