Trunk side flexion over stability ball

Trunk side flexion over stability ball

Start in a kneeling position beside a stability ball.
Lie over the ball on your side using your feet to help with stability.
Reach your upper arm up overhead and stretch the side of your body over the top of the ball.
You should feel this down the upper side of your body.
Hold this position and then relax.

Required equipment: Ball - large, Stability Ball, Mat
