Trunk side flexion in supine (adaptive)

You can perform this exercise with or without your prosthesis.
Lie on your back with your arms by your side and legs straight.
Keeping your back on the floor, bend sideways and slide your hand down on the floor towards your knee.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
