Trunk Flexion in Supine

Lying on your back with one hand behind your head for support. Bend one knee and put the other arm on the inside of the knee. Keep your other knee straight and lift the leg straight off the ground to a 45 degree angle.

Raise your head and shoulders off the ground while lifting the leg. Press the inside of the knee with your hand.
