Towel Roll Trunk Challenge: Single Arm Overhead (JEMS)

Start: Lie with a rolled towel directly under your spine, supported from tailbone to head. Your feet are hip width apart, with hips, knees and ankles aligned.
Movement: Raise both arms towards the ceiling. Breathing normally, stretch one arm overhead, allowing the spine to relax and lengthen, and your abdominal wall to drop into a hollow shape. Float the arm back up to the start position.
