Thoracic Rotations in side lying (open book) - Version 4

Lie on your side with your legs bent and head supported with a towel. Arms straightened forwards.

Keep your knees together. Breath in, turn to look backward, and move your top arm towards the floor behind you. Then, breathe out and return to the starting position and repeat with the pace of your breathing.
