Thoracic flexion (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Place your hands behind your head with your elbows bent.
When ready, hunch your shoulders forwards whilst keeping your lower back against the backrest.
Exhale as you pull your stomach in and bring your shoulders forward towards your thighs.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
