The Robber with Dumbbells (split stance) Kibler Exercise

Start in standing with one foot forwards, and weight mostly over the front leg. Hold dumbbell in both hands, bend forwards from your hips and bring the dumbbells in front of your knees/thighs, with your elbows straight.

Pull your elbows backwards, shoulder blades together and rotate your arms so that your palms face forwards and hands are close to shoulder level. Feel the tension between your shoulder blades. In a controlled manner, return to starting position.
