Swinging arms in sitting - body awareness

Sit on a stool or chair with the soles of your feet flat on the floor and arms relaxed by your side.
You can close your eyes if comfortable.
Feel and allow the weight of your pelvis and buttocks evenly on the chair.
Without forcing lengthen your back and neck by gently pushing the top of your head towards the ceiling.
Then soften the push and maintain this relaxed balance line of your spine, without losing the grounding of your base and your feet.
Allow your breath to flow in and out slowly and deeply without striving.
Feel the rest after each inhale and exhale.
