Suspension Standing Fallout

Exercise strap setting: Adjust the handles to approximately waist height in starting position.

Start in standing and facing away from the anchor point and with your arms straight hold both handles in front of you. Lean forwards, keeping your body in a straight line, until your arms are at shoulder level (palms downwards).

Lean further forwards until your arms are overhead and in line with the body. Push your arms downwards and return to starting position.
