Sural Nerve, Hip Tensioner

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your hip in neutral, knee extended and ankle in dorsiflexion and inversion.

Assistant / therapist manually moves the limb from hip flexion to hip extension or neutral. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
