Supine Thoracic spine mobilisation, side flexion/side glide
You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand beside your upper back.
Your assistant will place each of their forearms under your upper back, holding onto your opposite side.
Your assistant shall then gently step back, pulling you towards themselves with the lower of their two hands.
Return to the starting position and repeat.
Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Inflatable ring - large, Inflatable ring - small, Assistant
