Supine star stretch - body awareness

Lie on your back with your legs extended and arms by your side.
Open your arms and legs into a star position.
Simultaneously stretch your hands, feet and spine out in all five directions.
Release the stretch and soften your arms, legs and spine.
Surrender the weight of your whole body on the ground.
Let your breathing be free.
