Supine single arm fly on foam roller

Lie on top of a foam roller so that your pelvis, spine and head are supported.
Keep your knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
Hold a weight in each hand.
Reach the weights directly up to the ceiling.
Lower one arm at a time slowly out to the side, keeping a small bend in your elbow.
Once your arm reaches the floor, reverse the movement bringing your arm back up towards the ceiling.
