Supine shoulder flexion with a stick - Version 2

Start by lying on your back with legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Hold a stick with both hands.
Straighten your arms and bring the stick upwards.
Continue to bring the stick to over your head whilst keeping your ribs down.
Then return to starting position and repeat.
