Supine relaxation self 'seaweeding' in corner of pool BA/BC

Lie on your back in the corner of the pool with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Hold onto the side of the pool with both of your hands.
Relax back into the water and allow your lower back muscles to switch off.
Slowly move your legs from side to side.
