Supine passive cervical spine side flexion stretch
You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with noodle under your hips and rest your head into one of your assistant's hands.
Your assistant shall use their other hand to push one of your shoulders towards your feet.
This pressure shall cause your body to move on the surface of the water until you feel a stretch in the side of your neck.
Hold this position.
Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Inflatable ring - large, Assistant
