Supine passive ankle dorsiflexion stretch

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand alongside your affected leg.
Your assistant shall then cup your heel into their hand and use their forearm to apply a pressure to your foot by pulling your toes towards your knee.
Your assistant may need to use their other hand to support your knee.
Hold this position.

Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Inflatable ring - large, Inflatable ring - small, Assistant
