Supine leg lifts - Movement control

Lie on your back with your knee bent and feet flat on the floor.
Feel your lower back gently press into the floor.
Control the position of your lower back and pelvis and slightly lift one foot off the floor.
You do not need to lift the leg high.
In a controlled manner lower the foot back on the floor.
Repeat.
