Supine Isometric Shoulder External Rotation

Lie on your back with your knees bent. One elbow is bent at a right angle close to your body. Hold on to your wrist with the other hand. If needed, use a towel under the shoulder of the resisting arm to find a relaxed posture.

Try to move your hand outwards while resisting the movement with your other hand. Then relax.
