Supine hamstring stretch with belt

Lie on your back with both legs bent and feet flat on the floor.
Place a belt or towel around the ball of one foot.
Straighten this leg, lifting your foot up into the air until you feel a stretch down the back of your thigh.
Hold this position, then repeat with the other leg.
To increase the stretch, pull your leg closer in towards your chest.
