Supine passive knee extension hamstring stretch

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Place an inflatable ring on your unaffected leg.
Ask your assistant yo stand at your feet facing towards you.
Your assistant shall then place your affected leg onto their shoulder whist supporting above your knee with their hands.
You should feel a stretch into the back of your thigh.
Hold this position.

Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Inflatable ring - large, Inflatable ring - small, Assistant
