Supine dumbbell pullover - full range

Lie on your back with your legs straight and arms by your side.
Use a pillow to support your head, if needed.
Hold a dumbbell in each hand with your elbows straight and palms facing inwards.
Lift your arms up towards the ceiling and then over your head.
Keep your ribs down and back flat on the floor to focus on movement from your shoulders.
Then reverse the movement to the starting position.
