Supine bilateral hip flexion with unilateral leg lower

Lie on your back. You might want a pillow under your head. Pull your knees in towards your chest as shown in the picture. Your lower back should be relaxed and touching the floor. Hold one hand around the knee on the same side. Keeping your knee bent, slowly lower your other foot towards the floor while maintaining a neutral lower back. Return to your starting position and repeat with the other leg/arm.
