Supine assisted isometric bi-lateral shoulder abduction strength DR - beginner

You will need an assistant for this exercise.
Lie on your back with a buoyancy collar around your neck and a noodle under your hips.
Ask your assistant to stand beside you with their hands around your pelvis.
Relax back into the water and keep your back straight.
Take your arms out to your side with your elbows straight and your palms facing forwards.
Your assistant will then push you up through the water while you attempt to keep your arms still.
Do not allow the water to push your arms back towards your sides.

Required equipment: Buoyancy collar, Float - noodle, Assistant
