Supine alternating straight leg raise

Lie on your back with knees bent, feet flat on the floor.
Stretch one leg out straight.
Keeping your lower back flat on the floor, lift your straight leg off the ground until it is parallel with the thigh of the bent leg.
Hold briefly and then slowly lower back down to the ground.
