Supine alternate leg reach - body awareness

Lie on your back with your legs slightly apart and extended.
Rest your arms by your side.
Feel the contact area of your body on the mat and surrender the weight of your whole body on the ground.
Slowly in a soft rhythm reach one leg at a time from your center.
Gently push the sole of your foot towards the wall, toes pointing towards the ceiling.
Integrate breathing and movement.
Exhale while extending the leg towards the wall and inhale while releasing.
You can use humming an "M" sound during the exhale to release tension from the body.
Relax and surrender the weight of your legs after each movement.
