Straight leg bridge with feet elevated - Version 2

Lie on your back with arms slightly out to the side and lower legs, feet on balance ball.
Pull the navel slightly to get a neutral position in the limb, lift the hip from the support until the body forms a straight line.
Maintain a neutral position in the lower back and a stable back.
