Straight leg ankle bounces – 1) toes forward, 2) toes outwards, 3) toes inwards

Begin standing in front of an open space.
Rise up onto your toes, as high as you can.
Jump forward on your toes taking small quick steps for a distance as advised.
Keep your knees straight yet soft and mainly use your ankles.
Next, turn your hips outwards so that your toes point out to the sides.
Jump forward on your toes taking small quick steps with your toes turned outwards for a distance as advised.
And finally, turn your hips inwards so that your toes point inwards.
Jump forward on your toes taking small quick steps with your toes turned inwards for a distance as advised.
